Measure open-circuit voltage, check connector position and cell dimensions, and confirm 0-cycle stock has not been sitting for a year.

Does a replacement battery trigger a warning?

On supported models no, provided the part number and fuel-gauge chip match — we can flag the models that are fussy.

Do you supply the dangerous-goods paperwork?

Yes — UN38.3 summaries and MSDS are available per model so the carton is not held at the forwarder.

What is the right way to store batteries?

Room temperature, partial charge, oldest stock out first — heat and full charge are the two shelf-life killers.
