iPhone 13 Series Flex Cables

Flex Cables — wholesale buying guide (iPhone 13 to iPhone 13 Pro Max)

When a fault appears and disappears, suspect the ribbon before the board. Check the pins for even plating and the rear stiffener for alignment — both decide whether the connector seats. Test under load, not just for continuity, because that is where flexible cables fail. Each iPhone 13 ribbon passes continuity and a fold bend test before dispatch.

Consistency between batches is what makes a supplier worth keeping, and it is judged on the second order rather than the first.

Specs and checks that matter

• Failure point: Flexes fail at the fold, so fold durability is the real quality measure
• Pin quality: Evenly plated pins and a precisely aligned stiffener are what make the connector hold
• Testing: Continuity plus a bend test at the fold — strain reveals faults continuity misses
• Symptoms: A fault that comes and goes usually points at the ribbon rather than the board

Buyer questions

How are the parts packed?

Bagged and labelled per part and per model, so intake is one scan.

How is a flex tested?

Continuity plus a bend test at the fold, since strain reveals faults that a simple continuity check misses.

Can I combine flex cables with other parts?

Yes — mix freely and we consolidate into one shipment so freight stays low.

Can I mix many flex types in one order?

Yes, and we consolidate everything into one shipment so small parts add almost nothing to freight.
