Case Materials & Fit — what buyers check (Galaxy Z Fold 6 to Galaxy Z Flip 6)
Camera cutout, button feel and charging-port clearance decide whether a case sells or comes back. PC back, TPU edge — the hybrid build is where a clean finish and drop protection stop being a trade-off. Galaxy Z Fold 6 shells are cut on their own tool — the next generation looks the same but needs a different mould. 10 colours run off a single mould, which means mixed-colour cartons at no extra tooling charge.
