Buying phone cases in bulk (Galaxy S22 Ultra to Galaxy S22 Plus)

TPU is flexible and shock-absorbing with the lowest tooling cost; polycarbonate is rigid and keeps a hard, clean shape; silicone is soft-touch and prints well. The cutouts are where a case is won or lost — the camera surround, the button travel and the charging port have to line up exactly. The button is where cheap cases give themselves away — if it does not click, the mould tolerances are off. Fit is decided by the mould, so a shell for Galaxy S22 Ultra will not seat the next generation even when the two look identical on a listing photo.

Colour planning matters more than it looks: clear TPU is the fastest to yellow, so long-shelf-life stock should lean on tinted and solid lines.

Specs and checks that matter

  • Clear TPU: The one variant that yellows with age; tinted and solid colours are far more shelf-stable
  • PC: Rigid, holds a hard clean shape — the premium-look material
  • Hybrid: Rigid PC back with a TPU bumper, giving a clean face and drop absorption at once
  • TPU: Flexible, shock-absorbing, lowest tooling cost — the volume material
  • Fit points checked: Camera surround, button travel, charging-port clearance and clamp pressure

Buyer questions

Slim or rugged — which sells?

Both, usually side by side: slim for daily use, a thicker shock line for the drop-protection buyer.

Do you supply in bulk only?

Yes, this is trade supply — MOQ is kept low for a wholesale line so a first order can be small.

What is the wall thickness?

Slim lines run around 1 mm and shock lines around 2 mm — most ranges carry both so the shelf covers everyday and drop protection.

What does the packing look like?

Poly-bagged units in cartons labelled per model and colour, with an English packing list and per-SKU barcodes.
