Phone Cases — fit, material and margin (Universal 7" Cases)
Phone case buyers do not buy one shell — they buy a material position for their market, and the material decides protection, margin and return rate. TPU flexes and absorbs shock cheaply, PC holds a rigid premium shape, and silicone gives the soft-touch feel that prints well. Logo rub-off is the biggest complaint on printed cases, so surface prep and ink cure are verified before production. PC back, TPU edge — the hybrid build is where a clean finish and drop protection stop being a trade-off.
Material choice is really a decision about which customer you serve: the volume buyer wants TPU economics, the premium buyer wants a rigid PC face, and the private-label buyer wants printability.

How do I check fit before I commit?
Test the camera cutout, button response, charging port and overall clamp on a real unit of each model, not just one sample from the batch.
How are they packed?
Poly-bagged by default; retail-ready boxes and hang tags can be added from volume.
